Services & Approach

My scope of practice is focused towards trauma, but it’s not my only focus! I utilize interventions that address things like depression, anxiety, shame, relationships, and queer identity!

The interventions I utilize address and treat obsessive compulsive disorder, mood disorders, relational trauma, and trauma-related disorders.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and compassion-focused, but overall I am an eclectic therapist. I also utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

  • Exploring the hard stuff together. We take it slow and make sure you feel safe before we dive in. Trauma-focused work will include exploring the protective parts of the self and finding ways to conjure self compassion.

  • Feeling stuck? That’s okay! We will explore the contributors to stuckness and find ways to help you move forward. We will create a system of self-support that helps you be your own best friend.

  • The mind-spiral strikes when we least expect it. Sometimes it throws us out of rhythm for what feels like forever. Whether we are building skills to stay present or releasing ourselves from shame, we can find you a quieter and kinder mind.

  • Connection is a key part of building our system of support. We’ll focus on exploring the ways you connect to others.

  • A space that affirms you and helps you build your most authentic self. You’re safe to be yourself and explore who you are at all intersections.
